Created by Stereolithography or Thermojet processes cut out the cost and time involved in manufacturing a machine cut die. Static and queuing time is eradicated by the thorough review of all major manufacturing elements, whilst production personnel work to ensure that once Fast Track components enter the production process they ‘do not touch the floor’ but are worked on immediately right through to the final despatch.

 

 

The fast track process is not limited to one offs alone. McKenna Group can complete the manufacture of components for customers who hold approved tools with them who require urgent delivery for various commercial reasons. The McKenna Group offering of 7 working days applies to the manufactured components that lend themselves to that very tight lead time otherwise a minimum optimum is reached through discussion with their customers.
