As part of our commitment to our customer we supply all the relevant quality documentation and certification generated from our internal systems and or from our approved suppliers of services and materials.

Our critical suppliers are required to undergo mandatory audits that are carried out by our Quality Team to ensure that they meet industry standards for the services and materials they provide. Once the Suppliers have been approved we make sure that they provide the relevant paperwork for the operations we subcontract from them. This paperwork ensures that we at Mckenna Group maintain full traceability for our parts in keeping with our BSI accreditation and our commitment to right first time philosophy.

 

All paperwork and Documentation is stored electronically on BSI approved Document Management Systems and are available to the customer upon shipping and retrospectively if a customer requires reprints. Copies can be emailed, faxed or posted depending on the customer’s specification.
