Factory floor space was more than doubled from 11,000 sq ft to 17,383 sq ft, allowing for substantially increased capacity.  The new factory has many new machines utilising advanced technology, whilst the rest of the machinery has been totally re-furbished.

  • A fully automated shell system incorporating a robotic arm and efficient in/out queuing.
  • Brand new de-wax and laser guided cut-off machines.
  • Upgraded wax injection machines providing capacity for larger castings and tooling.
  • An extensive extraction system contributing to a highly clean and safe working environment.
  • A fully equipped CAD/CAM tool room.
